Lord's Hammer is the Dwarven base in Sunless, and the largest and most majestic of the three cities.

HistoryEdit

Lord's Hammer was the Dwarven capitol of Sunless and the height of Dwarven civilization in the early eras, until alongside Pinehaven and Whitefall it was overrun by human barbarians. Once the Dwarves had been annihilated or fled, the humans slowly became more civilized and took up permenant (or so they thought) residence in these old Dwarven halls. The city was renamed Shadowstone.

But most of the humans and their great houses migrated South, forming the different kingdoms of men. The strength of the sturdy Northerners weakened, and the decendants f the Dwarven clans knew this. They sailed in force to Sunless, slaughtered every guard in Pinehaven, but left the city to rot. Then they made their way to the capitol, and exinguished nearly every man in it, sending their wives and children running and weeping back to the capitol of Whitefall. Akatharn Bolden, first of his name and heir to it's throne retook his seat and restored the city's name and power. He began planning an attack on Whitefall but his plans were hindered by the natives of the Wastelands, and the newcoming Elves of 'Sanctuary'.
